ProductLoud ("we", "us", "our") provides a shared workspace that helps launch teams coordinate tasks, supporters, and social posts around a Product Hunt launch. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ProductLoud, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, and workspace details you provide when you sign up or are invited to a launch workspace.
- Workspace content, including tasks, launch details, supporter lists, and drafted social posts you or your teammates add to a workspace.
- Usage data, meaning how you interact with ProductLoud, such as pages visited and features used, collected to improve the product.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to operate and improve ProductLoud, to keep your workspace in sync across your team, to send you product and account-related notifications, and to provide support when you ask for it. We do not sell your personal information.
4. What we don't do
ProductLoud drafts outreach text for you to review, but it never posts, comments, or acts on your Product Hunt or social accounts on your behalf. Anything sent under your name is sent by you.
5. Sharing
We share information with teammates you invite into your workspace, and with service providers who help us run ProductLoud (such as hosting and email delivery), under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing those services.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep workspace data for as long as your workspace is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, and we'll remove it within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal reasons.
7. Your choices
You can access, update, or delete your account information from your workspace settings, or by reaching out to us directly. You can also ask us what personal information we hold about you.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know before they take effect.
