1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ProductLoud (the "Service"). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you're using ProductLoud on behalf of a team or company, you're agreeing on its behalf as well.
2. The Service
ProductLoud gives your team a shared workspace with daily to-do lists, launch information, a supporter list, and a social post calendar for a Product Hunt launch. Your first launch is free; each additional launch is a one-time fee as described on our pricing page.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by teammates you invite into your workspace.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use ProductLoud to spam, harass, or mislead other Product Hunt makers or supporters.
- Don't use drafted outreach text to impersonate someone else or misrepresent your product.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, launch details, and posts you add to your workspace. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your teammates. ProductLoud only drafts suggested text, so you decide what, if anything, gets posted, and you do the posting yourself.
6. Payment
Launches beyond your first free launch are billed as a one-time fee at the price shown at checkout. One-time fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
You can stop using ProductLoud and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these terms are violated, or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ProductLoud isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use ProductLoud after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
